Summer Housing for Graduate & Professional Students

To apply for graduate summer housing, please print, complete, and submit the housing application for graduate students. Summer housing applications must be submitted at least 5 business days before your arrival.

Accommodations:

Graduate students will stay in the Maplewood Park Apartments, just south of campus. Apartments have two to four single bedrooms with a shared kitchen, living room, and one-two bathroom(s). All are air-conditioned. Linens are provided, but cookware, eating utensils, and plates are not provided. Laundry facilities are located in the Maplewood Community Center and one satellite building. Students are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis to same-sex apartments.

Rates:

Graduate summer housing rates are $32 per night.

Extra nights Limit 1 night before & 1 night after session dates $32 per night

Payment for accommodations is required at check-in. Payment accepted: traveler’s checks, personal checks, cash or bank checks, and credit cards. Check in at the Service Center in the Maplewood Community Center: hours are 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday–Friday. Non-business hour check-in is available through on-call staff; instructions are posted on the door at the Community Center. Check-out is by 10:00 a.m. on the day after your program concludes.
